Chapter 25: Bad News

Everyone is sitting around the security area.

A message pops up on the HDTV that says “Sorry agents but we can’t help you at this time, we have the same problem”.

Jessie: I knew it, zombies have taken over the entire country.

Brad: That sucks.

Everyone starts talking about other ways to get themselves out of the situation.

Amidst the chaos, a loud gunshot echoes through the airport. Everyone falls silent as they look around, trying to see where it came from. Another shot rings out, sending some people running and screaming in panic.

Jessie and Brad exchange a worried look, knowing that their chances of survival were getting slimmer by the minute. They quickly gather their things and start to make their way towards the emergency exit.

As they move through the crowded airport, they come across a group of survivors huddled in a corner, armed with weapons and ready to fight back against the zombie invasion. Jessie and Brad join them, determined to make it out alive.

They move swiftly through the airport, fighting off any zombies that get in their way. The sound of gunfire and screams reverberate through the halls as they navigate towards their escape route.

Finally, they reach the emergency exit, but they are met with a barricade of zombies blocking their path. They raise their weapons, ready to fight for their lives.

The air is thick with tension as they engage in a brutal battle against the undead horde. Jessie and Brad fight alongside the other survivors with everything they've got, knowing that one wrong move could mean certain death.

As the sun sets on the airport, Jessie and Brad emerge victorious but exhausted. They stumble out into the open air, relieved to have escaped the clutches of the zombie invasion.

But they know that this is just the beginning of their fight for survival. The rest of the world may be overrun with zombies, but they are ready to face whatever comes their way. Together, they will fight for as long as it takes to keep themselves alive in the mall.

As the group of survivors huddled around the HDTV, anxiously discussing their next move, Emily couldn't help but feel a sense of dread wash over her. She had a knack for reading people and something about the way they were all acting made her uneasy.

She stood up, fidgeting with the straps on her backpack and cleared her throat.

"Guys, I don't think we're alone here," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

The others looked at her skeptically, but she could see the fear in their eyes. They knew there was something more than just the zombie threat at play.

Suddenly, a loud bang echoed through the air and the room went dark. Emily's heart raced as she fumbled for her flashlight in her backpack, casting an eerie light across the faces of those around her.

What they saw next made them all scream in terror.

A group of shadowy figures had breached their perimeter and were making their way towards them with deadly intent.
